Ultimate BMW Vacations are Available 365 Days a Year!
No matter what time of year or season you're planning to travel, there are BMW Tours and Viking River Cruises available to create the Ultimate BMW Vacation that accommodates your schedule. We can design your vacation to last any number of days, but we typically recommend a minimum of 12 to allow for a recovery day when arriving in Europe, 2 days of BMW Tours, an 8-day/7-night cruise and a couple of days in Budapest. We can also switch the direction so you start in Budapest and then end your River Cruise in Regensburg or Passau and experience the BMW Tours at the end.

The Cruise
There are over 200 Viking River cruises a year to choose from for your Ultimate BMW Vacation. That means you can choose to start your vacation on virtually any day of the year, and there is plenty of availability if you book far enough in advance. It also means that if your schedule is tight and you need to book something quick, we may be able to find an available cabin in the remaining inventory.
The Tours
Tours are available at the BMW venues almost every day but holidays. Depending on the specific tour and season, opening hours can vary for each and may not be available on weekends. We design your schedule to ensure you can experience all four tours over a two-day period at the beginning or end of your cruise. We schedule 60-90 minutes with your private guide and leave several hours to explore on your own.

A Quick Glance at Available Inventory
The Tour and Cruise Calendar is designed to show you a two year window for booking your Ultimate BMW Vacation. The Anchor symbol shows you which months there are Viking River Cruises available, and the BMW symbol shows you which months there are BMW Tours available. As you can see, the Viking River Cruises are available up to 18 months out or more, while the BMW Tours are available to book up to 3-4 months out. Cruise Planners syncs the two for you.
